An amazing club with an amazing team of staff and instructors who really know their stuff. Great evidence-backed instructing with your choice of rehabilitative or more intense sessions. A great option for any level of fitness or training routine

Club Pilates Waterloo is an amazing and welcoming environment. It feels like its own little community – lots of supportive and encouraging energy, and the members here are the BEST! Cleaning protocols are phenomenal. Each instructor and each class is so different – no class is ever 100% the same, so you're always looking forward to something new and unique. Adding Reformer Pilates into my life has cut down my visits to my physio chiro dramatically. If you're looking for something low-impact but high intensity, this is the place! They also offer some amazing wind-down and relaxing classes, too! The Cardio Sculpt classes and the Suspend classes are my personal favourite. :)

I attended one of their classes on a limb because I heard wonderful things from my coworker, it was a superb experience! Quality classes, cleanly environment, and friendly and accomodating staff. I am definitely returning with all of my girl friends!

For the trial class my wife first filled out 3 pages of waivers following an email link. Then 20minutes of instruction by phone-which was like a sales pitch-followed. In this call my wife was asked to purchase grib socks at a particular store. When she arrived for the trial class (effectively 25min long) she was told these grib socks, purchased as instructed, were not compatible and she’d have to buy 18 or more expensive socks on-site. In fact, all participants of the trial class had to buy these socks there. That is the case even though all waivers were signed and full responsibility was taken anyway. Beware of the discrimination based on socks and the sneaky sales trick. Not a convincing trial at all.
