This is one of my favorite places to go for bubble tea in Waterloo! I love the jasmine green tea! The staff are usually friendly and it is fairly quick for how busy it usually is. A few days ago I did get a really bad peach green tea that tasted super over-steeped. I had to throw it out unfortunatley. (This is my only bad experience so far)

Top bubble tea for me in Waterloo. Taro specifically is where it's at, though I'm also big on lemon king and jasmine. In case you haven't tried bubble tea before, when they ask you about sugar and ice you might want less sugar and definitely want light ice.
Don't go here during rush hour if you value your personal space. Absolutly no system of Uber pickup, so it's a dog fight of 10 people literally brushing up against others just to say \oh I'm just coming to pick up\. The workers there were probably tired but they need to speak up and tell people to move from the front area. Create a pick up line and an order line PLEASE because this was so infuriating and I still waited 20 minutes in store to pick up a drink I could see in front of me, yet I didn't want to be rude and run over others like some decided to. Super crowded and not worth it, so make an order before 5 or whenever Google says it's not busy. On their Bubble Tea: the most consistent Milk Tea I've had in KW so far but just keep in mind the regular sugar can be reaaaaly sweet. Flavour is great though!
This place is actually pretty good ... funky little juice ... bubble and milk tea spot ... just off Lester and University, in the lobby of an apartment/dorm building. If you don't know about it, you probably won't find it. If you like these sorts of cool beverage joints, you'll love CoCo. With this being location #3317, they must be doing something right. Check them out.
