Excellent experience with Vicki and her team at CondoCulture! They were great at getting pictures of the unit and posting quickly. They managed potential renters, showings, signings etc seamlessly and made the whole process very easy for us. I had the pleasure of dealing with Vicki McFarlane at Condo Culture. She came with a strong recommendation from my Realtor of 12-years. I needed to rent out my Condo suite in a new development in Kitchener that will be ready for occupation in May 2021. From the initial contact to getting Agreement to Lease signed and amended as needed, Vicki was just great. So responsive and always quick to email or call me. All paperwork was dealt with with on-line signing tools which speeded-up everything. She found a suitable tenant extremely quickly and undertook all the negotiations and took up references, etc. Took such a weight of my mind to secure a tenant for May. Always there to support and answer questions. Use Vicki if you want to have a premier service.
