I usually find cheaper prices on US sites, and since I live in a border town I can go across and pick up gear without extra duty/shipping. Since I can't do this now, I was delighted to see some awesome prices on Control the T! I ordered my favourite string, and it was here the next day! Fair pricing (I know there's rarely deals on string), and super fast shipping- was here in Windsor in less than 24 hours. Will def shop here again!
Control the T is a great place for Squash or Tennis gear. I've been ordering new rackets from them for years now. Prices are much better than anything you'll find in the US, and support is amazing. Jeff truly goes above and beyond to answer any issues you might have an is a great consultant for any new gear question. This is my first Google Review for any business and I can't recommend this highly enough!
Ordered a pair of the Eye Squash Shoes online from Control the T. As per my error I ended up ordering the wrong size (women's 6 as oppose to a mens 11). When the order arrived I sent the service team a message inquiring on how to return. Jeff was very prompt in his response, clear in his instructions on how to return, and he even reached out to me to let me know they had received the pair being exchanged. He clarified the colour and size of the shoe I had actually meant to order and let me know they were sending the correct pair right away. It was very nice to be kept in the know throughout the entire process. Within a short period I received the pair I had intended to buy. The shoes look great and fit perfectly. Customer service is a lost art with many companies who do online ordering but Control the T Sports NAILED it. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
