What is the point of having tire appointments? Takes 20 minutes just to check in and then 2 hours to change the tires. Definitely not worth it

They cracked our oil pan somehow when we went there for an oil change. Found the car leaking oil, brought the car back and they didn’t take any responsibility. The last place we had our car serviced at was Costco. There’s no way the pan was cracked from normal driving, the shield is underneath is intact and undamaged. If the oil pan was leaking before the oil change, we would have known and they would have said something. Big mistake going here, it’s especially disappointing that they don’t take any responsibility.
Had them swap my winters for my all-seasons. Drove home without realizing that 2 of the 4 tires were low - 15 and 18 psi respectively. I will not have my wheels changed there in the future.
Never come back here. Staff members seem not to enjoy their job. Takes lots of hour. Why do they ask me to come earlier? Useless.
do not make appointments there, it is useless, i thing if somebody handle a 5 bill, they will get in front of you and you will be postponed 2 hour, 3 hours....If you try to call them, they will never answer. I have this appointment from one month ago, it was for 4 .00, it is 6.30 now and not a sign from them. At least they should give you a phone call to apologise and tell you before you go there to come late.

can honestly say it's not worth the wait or hassle. Staff are not customer friendly at all. You wait almost a month to get in, then when you do, they do not complete the service you asked for. Never again!
It takes more than 2 hours to do a tire change here. Also, they never answer their phone.
