Arranged for a showing, agent clearly said NO PREEMPTIVE OFFERS however he accepted one without notifying other agents that had arranged for showings. The unit was 138 TEMPLEWOOD Dr, Kitchener and after learning what the unit sold for I was even more disappointed because I had plans on spending more for that townhouse than what it actually sold for. Unfortunate for the sellers (because they could have made more) and unfortunate for me because I did not have a chance to view/offer as the agent did not inform others that he had received a bully offer.

The staff was great and very welcoming
We had some concerns about selling our unique home but Maggie made it look easy. She took care of everything and worked to make us happy. She exhibited honesty, grace and came with endless energy.
