Dr. Cy is incredible, very friendly and super intelligent. Unfortunately his reception is absolutely atrocious.

Light Therapy Receptionist: Person with no compassion, empathy, moral, character or any sense of duty to care or best at shirking work. My daughter skipped school & I my work to reach the dr office on time for 8.45 appointment. My daughter went in alone as usual but the phototherapy receptionist didn't allow her & sent her back saying she is 5 mins late as her appointment was at 8.40!. I went back to understand the rationale & was so furious to see empty rooms. When I try to understand & reason I was told because of covid they cannot allow. I said I totally understand Covid but it can't be your cover/excuse for shirking work or show bit of empathy & care given nobody is here, takes 3 mins & the next appointment is at 8.55 assuming they are giving 15 mins timeslot. The worst part of it after this callous encounter when I came back home & told my wife what happened she showed me handwritten note from the receptionist with appointment time of 8.45. This really proves she is a callous shirk with no interest in patient care. Dr Cy was not there so i couldn't talk to him but hoping he will call me & I will definitely pursue the matter in the interest of other patients. Having people like her in healthcare with no moral compass of care are better off somewhere else.
Waited for one year to see him for only 8 minutes something is definitely wrong with this arrangement never took the time to talk with me or analyze the mole just froze it and said that's it and left the office. The freezing never worked went somewhere else and had it removed and properly analyzed. Great business i guess less time more people more income.
Doctor sent a referral to Dr. Cy clinic in September 2020, didnt hear back till mid December 2020 and guess when was the appointment I got..the appointment was scheduled in late December 2021. How are you expecting me to wait for more than a year to get treated..cancelled the appointment because this is literally bs.
I've been seeing Dr.Cy for over two years now and I see him almost every month. We've made great progress with my illness. He's thorough, looks at all the options and discusses them with you. He's very gentle , soft-spoken and kind. I recommend Dr.Cy highly. The receptionists are always friendly and generally flexible. It took only 4 weeks to see him initially after my referral and ever since I've been seeing him monthly, I don't have to usually wait long.
