Dr. Kristin has been fantastic. I was really disappointed with the first naturopath that I saw so I thought I'd give Dr. Kristin a try. It started with her 21 day Spring Detox program, which was great, and comes with a 30 minute consultation. Almost 5 months after the initial consult, I feel better than I have in years. We tried a few different options for some of the problems I was experiencing, with better results each time. We finally got to the root cause of everything, which my family doctor wouldn't even have acknowledged as being a problem (but clearly it was with how much better I feel). She reviewed blood work from my family doctor and told me MUCH different results than he told me - she found things that I didn't even know were wrong and could be causing problems. This really goes to show the difference in Naturopathy vs. family medicine. Dr. Kristin is really determined to help you feel better and is willing to accommodate with things you're comfortable and not comfortable doing in order for you to achieve your goal(s). I highly recommend Dr. Kristin!
