I’ve been a long term patient and had absolutely no issues when this office was under the ownership of Dr Karen. However last week my insurance forms for a claim pre-approval were incorrectly submitted to my insurance company and as a result I was blindsided by a 1000 out of pocket invoice. These were treatments that could have waited until next year (and I would have waited) had I known I’d be paying such a substantial bill out of pocket. As if that wasn’t bad enough I was left with a malocclusion following the treatment and I was unable to properly chew and in considerable discomfort for several days. Dr Del Moral has since addressed this issue but given all the problems I’ve experienced in the past week with this clinic I won’t be back again.

A great office of professionals who always have genuine smiles on their faces. Friendly and fun, they put my kids at ease every time. Dr.T is great at what she does, along with excellent hygienists and office staff that genuinely remember and care about you between visits.

I have pretty severe agoraphobia and very severe dental anxiety, and today’s visit was really good. Everyone made me feel very at ease; Dr. Tatiana Del Moral was very calming and caring, and didn’t make me feel bad at all for being a nervous, crying wreck in her office. I will likely be back, and would happily bring my daughter here too.

I travel an hour to continue to be Dr. Del Moral’s patient since I moved out of the area and highly recommend her. If you’re looking for a caring, gentle and highly skilled dentist with great support staff then Riverwalk is the place to go! Yeah, I like going to my dentist and my experience from cleaning to crowns has been exceptional. A visit to Dr. Del Moral will leave you with a positive dental experience.
