I had a pretty good experience with Dynamic Filtration. The online ordering process for filters with customized dimensions is simple and straightforward. They delivered filters that were the exact dimensions I had asked for, but it took a little longer than I expected to receive them. The quality of their filters is great, however.

Needed a new pleated air filter as I wanted to get rid of the old and obviously unmaintained one that was there previously. It wasn't a standardised fit so I had to put in a custom request, took a bit longer than I had anticipated but all-in-all the filter works fantastic!
