Ordered our Valentine's dinner online for curbside pickup. When we arrived the parking lot was packed we checked in and patiently waited for an hour in our car. We noticed a few people going in and coming out faster so we went in to see what was going on. All the staff was super friendly and willing to help us out. Turns out the website that corporate designed has no cap to how many orders can be submitted and the kitchen and system was overloaded. The staff took our name and number and attempted to retrieve our order. It sounds like we were fortunate as we got our correct order as many were just given dealer's choice. All in all my wife and I got to spend time together waiting for food and yes we may have had to wait but it's Valentine's Day and the store had no control over what happened and we feel they handled it the best way possible by trying to make sure everyone went home with food.

Service is very fast no matter how busy is this restaurant, restaurant is taking all precautions to keep us safe during dine-in,Would highly recommend food at this location!
I want to commend Manager Matt and his staff this evening (February 27th, 2021)! We had a large order for 3 separate families. I had specific instructions for each order to be separated for each family, so it didn’t have to be handle twice and not only was it all separated and labelled for easy delivery, everyone received and enjoyed there meals! I also want to give a shout out to the staff member who helped me bring all the bags to my car. We will be ordering there again in the future. Keep up the great work and stay safe! Thanks, Jamie
We finally get to eat at a restaurant again! Our first trip back to dining outside was pretty awesome at this location of East Side Mario's. The server was very professional and kind and provided top tier service, I believe our servers name was Dan I could be wrong. The food was pretty great, the garlic parmesan wings in the starters menu are a must try for wing lovers. The hell's kitchen chicken is extremely tasty as well!! I definitely recommend this location!
