Went by myself one day and had a blast, so I brought the boys out and memories were made. We plan to do it again once they re-open from lockdown. There are some cracks on the track but hey, we're used to it since we drive in Kitchener-Waterloo daily (bah dum tsh). It also made the environment more of a factor in our race which became very intense. Will definitely be going again!

For us adults looking to race a few laps on the country side on the way home from a kayaking trip, it was good. 25 for 10 laps that really only takes about 10 mins meh ok price, the track definetly needs an overhaul, very bumpy in a few different places and yes the cars all seem to go different speeds, so my bf and I couldn't really race fairly because my kart smoked his on straight aways. Staff were teens, I was surprised how many people came at the time we did, but it was an ok time. Most likely won't do this track again until it's updated, which they should work on soon because too many bad reviews just may sink them.... Just saying, thanks tho!!
We had a great time. Nice friendly staff. We didn't line up for too long at all. My daughter was a little slower than my son and I, so we lapped her. Even so, they made sure that she got in her laps. Really had a fun time. The track was a little bumpy, but hey, lots of fun. We can't wait to go back.
Was told to come back at 5. And we came back before 5 and the place was very closed. They were just sending us away. Thank you. Staff was very slow to sanitize and move the line. They did not want to work. Very disappointing experience for us and the kids. Waited for about 2 hours. And saw more people leave the line and go that play. Addition after reading the response from management: - Place is ran by some teenagers who really do not feel like working. - when we came back the rain was out for a good hour at least. we were told that we need half an hour or 45 mins for the ground to dry out before we can run the cars. - the posted hours are till 8 pm (Check the hours yourself), no one said or posted that they will just close 3 hours earlier because of the rain. - while leaving staff was very clear that they will not be able to provide a refund, and that we will be able to play if we come back in a bit, and for sure they took the money and decided to close and leave. - when i posted my experience on google and i expected no replies from management. but getting this pathetic answer is unacceptable.
My company recently rented the track for a company outing, low attendance but enough people to fill all 12 cars and skip a round in between. Cars were terrible, my first car (see picture below) had its tire literally fly off of the axel while I was driving, my second car was basically a Ferrari and the race wasnt remotely fair, the third was essentially a 89' Honda Civic - reliable but sloooooooow. The track wasnt bad, very bumpy and about what you expect for a track in the middle of nowhere, I found the bumps kind of helped the rugged appeal. Still though, they need new carts, and better maintenance, badly.
Today I went with two of my friends. One had a really slow go kart and started literally 3 cars behind me. I had the fastest and counted all my laps, I finished early and I saw my friend had been taken off the carts way before me. Employees proceed to lie, saying he overlapped 4 laps he was supposed to. I paid for ten and he got five.i got MY laps but this is unacceptable considering employees walked away without proper explanation or even showing us the paper that counted out laps. We went to the counter and received a plain “sorry”. This is peoples money try being more honest or considerably have employees that pay attention and know how to count.
NOT FAMILY fun. Went on a Friday at lunch time. Lady at the counter told me they arent running double cars even thought they charge 20 dollars for 5 laps. My son is 9 years old but wasnt tall enough to drive. She would not put a double car in use for me I was jsut turned away. Reduculous thanks for the sh***ty car ride home with my very sad son. Way to disclude the younger family members. Sick to make little kids watch as everyone else has fun. Made me sick to my stomach. Dont call yourself a family fun center.
Very disappointed! After eagerly waiting for 2.5 hrs to get my hands on the kart, I got a kart which was very slow and which was not even moving properly. It is no big deal, there will always be that one kart is doesn’t work properly. But when I stopped the kart and decided to wait for a good kart or do it some other day, an employee started shouting at me for no reason. Even before I got out of the kart he was shouting at me and wanted me to finish my secession. I understand it must have been a long day for them and they wanted to go home but this is not how they should behave to a customer. I am a FMSCI racer and haven’t experienced anything like this as we always do it with passion. Apart from that 1 person the other employee’s were nice. I paid for 10 laps and could only do 2 and had to leave. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and the management take it seriously as apart from this it is a good set up I would have continued going to.
