Best auto-mechanic shop in town! No shenanigans here - Rich and his team are honest, highly-skilled, hard working, and always on time! Over the last decade, these gentlemen have swapped a busted engine in my first car, repaired my suspension, brakes, and fixed a variety of other problems on four different vehicles with different makes and models. A couple years ago, after Rich repaired my girlfriend's 20-year-old Volvo S80, we felt confident taking a 17,000 km road trip, from Kitchener to California and back with detours through Death Valley desert in Nevada (see photo), forest fires in Arizona, and Tornado Alley in Texas/Missouri. Not to mention the glorious highways of Ontario and Michigan. Many natural disasters, but zero car problems. Cause Rich said it's good to go :D Highly professional service - I fully recommend taking your vehicle here if you need repairs or want to be confident in your vehicle and safety! 11/5 stars!
It was our first time to use the service of Essential Auto. It had been recommended by a friend. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of their work. They took a lot of pictures, gave their assessment, and recommended what work needed to be done. It was clearly explained and illustrated. They are super professional and nice. We feel we can trust any car into their care and they are the best kept secret in town. We had stuck with our dealers' auto shops for years but I wish I had known about Essentail Auto much earlier because we would have switched immediately.
Rich, John and the whole team are great. They're honest, trustworthy and reliable. They've always done great service on my vehicles and are always checking in that everything is running OK. Great place to get your vehicles serviced!
What I really needed was an honest garage to give me a full rundown on my vehicle. I love their pictoral diagnostics as it helped me fully understand the workings or ot workings\ of my vehicle. Also the colour coded system of Green good, yellow watch it and red needs immediate attention, was the perfect way to ensure I knew what I needed to address and in what order. Again, I value their honesty and expertise. I will definitely use this garage again and tell my friends!
