I cannot thank Colette and Fairway team enough for the help and support they offered during this regrettable life transition. They made an extremely difficult situation so much more bearable. I can honestly say I would have been lost both in life and the legalities without their help during this time. Enough cannot be said about their honest, compassionate and straight forward approach to marital separation, the focus on the children involved, and the value of communication. The end result of the service was WELL worth the money spent. I'd never wish it upon anyone to need to go through this process, but the reality of it is, if you are reading this, Fairway Divorce Solutions would be the only path I would recommend.

We would have been lost without Colette and her team. There are so many details to take care of and they have a step by step process that is very clear to follow. Colette went above and beyond what we expected from her.
Huge waste of time and money!! They will scare you by telling you lawyers are more but in fact even their cheapest method is much more than what a lawyer costs. We went thru fairway and then lawyers. Most people fail at this method after thousands of dollars and then get lawyers. Very overpriced, Not to mention months of long appointments. Then you get down to the 'final meeting' and even though its supposed to be a fair negotiation, very nasty surprises in the final draft that weren't even discussed in all the many many long drawn out prior meetings.
Where it comes to child custody they are biased towards women. if you are a man and wanting 50/50 please go to a lawyer! The worse mistake in my life! Going through a separation is the most stressful thing you will ever experience and receiving horrible advice regarding the children welfare will have tremendous consequences in the future. Once the agreement gets done you will NOT be able to change it unless you have deep DEEP pockets. It's better go broke now and use a lawyer and have your kids 50/50 than be in a crippled financial situation with on going access issues over your children. Time with your children is worth more than any job and money. They need access to both parents to live a healthy life period. Needless to say I wish I went to a lawyer instead going through there process
