Worst customer service experience. Both associates just standing and talking. When asked questions gave bad attitude and didn’t seem to help. Glad mall has other cellphone store to help.

Too bad service, orderer a new internet line, they told me that i am gonna receive the modem within 3-5 days, it is been 7 days and didn't receive thing.. spoke to customer service if I can pick it up from the store after waiting more than half hour, they said I have to ask the store if they have one, I went to the store they said i have to tell the customer service that i want to pick it up. And now i am still on the line waiting from hour and half and no answer. Too bad company ... does not respect its cleints even if you are new

The customer service at this location is very bad. As I waited in line outside of the store for about 1 hour with 2 other customers ahead of me with no acknowledgement from anyone in the store, we were advised 5 minutes before the store closed that they weren't going to take any other customers into the store stopping at the customer ahead of me. Both customers acknowledged to the staff that I was waiting just as long as them. I explained that I was just needing to return my phone. it didn't matter to them. Clearly I've made the right decision to leave Fido. Poor customer service.

Customer service is not good. Been trying to modify my phone plan for 2 months now and can't get through to anyone. Average phone wait is a couple of hours. I get Covid is slowing things down, but you need more staff on the floor and via phone. Ongoing issue before covid as well. Time to switch carriers. However, called customer support. Finally got through to Isabelle. The greatest customer service I have ever received. Friendly, super nice and so helpful. Thank you Isabelle, you need a raise.
