A heartfelt thanks to Joe and all of the team at Flood Restoration Services Inc. Flood has now completed two major renovations in my home. A complete kitchen renovation and a full transformation of our basement. From the cleaning crew to the trades folks, you can expect service and work that is high quality, that is completed with care and attention given to all of your important details. I was sad when they were done!

Joe at Flood Inc. came highly recommended to me by a family member. Right away from our first meeting I felt good knowing that I had someone that I could trust that was going to find and fix my basement water leak. After tearing open the basement wall and ceiling and locating the problem Joe called in a plumber to temporarily stop the leak. It was at this point on Joe's urging, that I called my insurance company and told them that I wanted to go ahead and make a claim. I had previously called my insurance company prior to calling Flood Inc and they talked me out of making a claim as they explained that I likely wouldn't be covered anyway based on my scenario. Well, with Joe's help and guidance I'm glad to say that I was covered. Although there was a lot of back and forth with my insurance company, as they only wanted to cover what their own inspector put in his report. I used Joe's report as a way to negotiate the settlement upwards and finally settled somewhere in the middle. Joe worked with me to come up with a plan to help stay within budget of the insurance company payout. Joe was very patient in dealing with the issues and the time it took to settle everything with my insurance company. Joe is someone I can trust and only have positive things to say about the staff he brought in to do the work. To me this is the most important criteria. Thanks Flood Inc.
Recently had our Basement area renovated and we could not be happier! The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The communication and updates given throughout the renovation process were excellent. They finished on time and the end result was amazing.
After discovering a roofing leak that caused significant water damage inside our basement walls, Flood Inc was recommended to me, and I am so glad they were since our leak was not covered by our insurance! They caught issues and causes that other big-name companies completely missed, earning my complete trust. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their team was friendly, courteous, and professional, finishing in an efficient and timely manner. This company was in charge of restoring our home after a fire. The house was gutted and then restored. This happened in May 2018 and we are still dealing with them. Told would be 4 months. They have been back many times to fix things that were not done to bring our house back to where it was. Their employees were rude. The contractors that were hired were not always professional. They were given ultimatums or no more business from Flood. I would not recommend them to restore a dog house
