Poor selection, seems like they only carry black or white shoes. This store never has the new releases of Jordan shoes and you can not reserve. Every time there is a new release, I have to travel to a different city to be able to buy it.

Brought my daughter to this location to purchase some Jordan's. We had to seek out help and interrupt due to them ignoring and chatting with each other. First shoe they told us they didn't have any sizes available without checking. Seemed rude but we didn't jump to conclusions and just looked for another pair. Brought up another pair for them to say the same thing again without looking. We asked for it in multiple sizes as we weren't sure her size. Seems weird they know by heart every shoe & every size available. Why is every shoe on the shelf sold out? Lazy staff. And this store lost out on 200 cause they couldn't be bothered.

What a horrible customer service, the "manager" doesn't care of the customers. It's sad because there are good employees. I will not visit this place again

I have often bought athletic shoes for my children at Foot Locker and been very happy. But recently visited this location and was surprised and disappointed at the customer service. When my son and I entered the store, there were no other customers. Yet after making a selection we still had to approach a staff member because they were busy talking to each other. Then we went through 5 different pairs of shoes looking for a specific size. We had to approach a staff member each time. Not once did a staff member offer to see what shoes they had in inventory in the size we were seeking. They did not seem genuinely interested in helping.

Manager was a dirtbag but everyone else were great to deal with. Dusan provides excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about products. If it weren’t for him I would probably shop at a different store.
