Customer Service absolutely 1000% sucks, almost the worst I’ve ever come across in 20 yrs in the trades. If I could say anything to anyone reading this who is a contractor TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. To the so called manager behind the counter, remember there’s a reason why your behind the counter, school was obviously a struggle, you couldn’t apply yourself to become a tradesman and remember GO GET ME MY PARTS and leave the technical work for me. Minimum wage suits you!
