Had nothing but a good experience at Best Buy treated as well and stop does with information all the information we needed they were very courteous and that's why we spent a lot of money there and this is not the first time and definitely will go back and furthermore that to delivery fellows at set our equipment up we're very polite friendly and safe thank you mr. And mrs. Barry Cripps.

I purchased a Geek Squad membership because the first computer I purchased broke down every month and after 6 months, I had to throw the computer out because it wasn't worth replacing the motherboard. On my second computer, I I purchased the plan because the employee told me I could cancel the membership atter six months to see if it was worth it. I tried to cancel and they said I owe them the remaining balance of my two year plan. A two year plan is worth over 2200, my second computer was 650 and my first computer was 500. What a waste of money. I tried to stay within a budget and it has costed dearly. I wanted to buy a mac but tried this to save money. I should have just bought the mac! I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.
Bought a Greek squad membership for my father in law so they could help him at home. First problem he had with his harmony remote they tell me 50. Why did I but the Greek squad membership? I have no idea. Never buy a Geek Squad membership, waste of money and reflects poorly on Best Buy as a whole.
I have a warranty for a refrigerator with Geek Squad and this is the third time they are sending a technician to fix the issue which has been fixed twice already. I have a two month old and I store mu breast milk in the refrigerator and this is the second time I am throwing away precious breast milk and I noticed the refrigerator is broken again. When I call geek squad for a replacement they shoved their policy that 4th time diagonose of a problem will be needed for a replacement on my face, without even trying to understand the huge issue. All they could say (Agent Will) is I am sorry for the inconvenience as if throwing away precious breastmilk is just an inconvenience.
Wiped my hard drive and wouldn't give me money back
