The sales and installation staff are professional and very cautious during covid and made our family feel completely safe and confidant throughout. I was redoing my daughter's room while she was a way and wanted a very specific set of furniture. I described what I wanted in very crude drawings and Jamie from Gibsons brought it to life. We were on a tight timeline to have it remodeled and they worked hard to bring in their normal timelines to get it done and delivered to us. When we decided to redue our daughters room we wanted good quality furniture that we knew would last. I got a recommendation to visit Gibsons and from the second that I walked in I knew these were my kind of people! I was greeted and helped immediately, staff was knowledgeable, they got back to me right away, were Soo accommodating with custom sizes and responded to emails right away, they detailed and explained everything! A few weeks into the project I realized that the dresser dimensions that I gave them would not work, they were seemless in helping me with the changes and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience They were done the project way ahead of schedule... I couldn't believe it. Delivery was flawless and the guys were do friendly and kind Start to finish dealing with Gibsons was amazing. I would absolutely do business with them again and so glad that I did this time

We ordered a custom platform bed and they did a very poor job. When we took issue they complained got mad and provided a disgruntled repair: tossing some cheap veneer on top of awfull press board, arguably making the result worse. Wish they'd stand behind their workmanship, but they didn't and we had no recourse as we had already paid.
