Fresh tea and nice staff. I thought their drinks would be really sweet like other boba places, where I have to reduce as much sugar as I can, but it was not. I ordered 30% sugar and it turned out like nothing (haha lol, my bad!!). But, because of lack of sugar, I could taste their green tea scent inside. The tea was strong enough, I like that! The peach greentea still good w 30% sugar Will try other drinks as well next time cuz their menu looks interesting

The best bubble tea spot in Waterloo! Friendly and hard working staff. The manager was very professional and made sure everyone was taken care of. The place was really clean and COVID-19 safety protocols were being followed. I ordered two drinks which came out really fast and tasted perfect!

The BEST bubble tea service I've ever had. Staff was very friendly and personable! They made sure to check in with you while you waited for your order. The milk foam wintermelon drink was delicious! Also got the honeydew slush and by far the ONLY bubble tea place where you can actually taste the honeydew. Highly recommended : )

The place is very clean and covid-friendly. Ontop of that the staff there are very welcoming and the bubble tea is amazing as usual. Most definitely will be back for more!
I can honestly say I’ve been converted to a bubble tea lover after visiting this gong cha location. The workers are so patient, efficient and helpful! I’m obsessed with the wintermelon with milk foam that was recommended by the staff! Definitely a must check out.
