Bob Graham is the best in the business! We had a water softener installed by Adrian's water softeners months ago. They installed the water lines in reverse. Resin beads starting gathering in my plumbing effecting the flow of our water. Adrian's wasn't decent enough to come back and fix their mistake. I asked around and the name I heard most often was Bob Graham. I called Bob and he came over the same day to assess the situation. The following week he came back and re-installed the pipes correctly and his fee was very reasonable. We're loving our soft water thanks to Bob a stand-up decent guy!

Terrible interaction over the phone. Does not know the first thing about customer service. Cannot provide even the most basic information regarding products.
Great service and the machine has worked flawlessly for years. Highly recommend giving hem a call.
