Needed exterior caulking done on my new home. Called Green Tech in mid September and spoke to the owner (Jan) . A week later he came and did a thorough inspection of the work needed. Within minutes, he provided a detailed quote via e-mail for me to review. No pressure whatsoever. After agreeing to go ahead, the work was completed a few weeks later. Took one full day. The result? A quality. Excellent attention to detail. Jan is very cordial and professional, directly and promptly responding to my questions and concerns: he aims to please! Hard to find honest, trustworthy, customer-centered companies out there....Green Tech Sealants is one of them!

I called them when I was renovating a century home. I thought I would need a lot of money to replace my windows and frames. When Jan came over he offered us a different solution, window caulking and window capping. Not only did we save an abundance amount of money but it kept our century look and he made it look absolutely beautiful with his team. I highly recommend their services as they're 10/10 in quality. Would highly recommend GreenTech Sealants after the recent work done our house. Jan came out to our house and provided a very reasonable quote of services. His crew came shortly after and removed the original caulking that was cracking and done sloppy... and did an exceptional job with the new caulking installation. All 9 windows and doors look great and the attention to detail experience of the installers is easily noticeable through the clean lines and craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the new appearance. After attempting to tackle this project myself... in the end, I’m more than happy to have paid the professionals to get this one done.
