Like to say something positive but on my third adjuster in a month and a half keep sending same documents .Rental was back bedor they even returned a phone call after 8 attempts in 30 days. No money for lost wages in 6 weeks. Not hard to figure why people get lawyers to deal with these people. Not a pleasant experience.Glad I take pictures and document my calls emails and hurdles . Worst company ever. My house burned down in August 2019 and still not solve yet. They don't answer my message they don't give money, they don't follow up. I wont never do business with them in the future.
We had a wonderful experience with Heartland. I wrote my van off and had a settlement check issued within a week. We had a rental available for us the within 12 hours of the accident. I can’t say enough about our Claims Rep he was amazing, very efficient and helpful with all our questions and concerns.
They ended my rental coverage before the cheque was even issued I called to request an extension and just like every other time I have called there’s no answer. You can sit in hold for over half an hour and the receptionist just tries to push you to leave yet another voicemail They don't care about their customers at all. I left a message and they didn’t even return. In fact every time I have left a message in the past it took them multiple days to even return the call if they even returned it at all.
