Excellent clinic! Clean, modern and update to date with COVID protocols. Dr. Kader, Kim and Kristie are excellent and always willing to answer all my questions. As someone who is very nervous to go to the dentist, it is a very welcoming environment and the team makes me feel less anxious during my appointments. 10/10 would highly recommend!!
This place is wonderful and I say this as an extremely nervous dentist goer. It doesn’t feel like a dentist’s office when you go in, it has a clean and modern design that I found calming and comforting. The entire team is a delight and went out of their way to make me feel at ease through the entire process, kudos to the entire team (Kirstie, Kim and Dr. Rula) - highly recommend these wonderful ladies, best in town.
I can't say enough about Dr. Rula Abdel-Kader and her staff. They are friendly and caring and you feel like you are their only patient. Recently, I changed dentists and started going to Dr. Abdel-Kader. I am so glad I did!!!! In all my years of going to a dentist, there has never been a dentist that looked after my teeth the way Dr. Abdel-Kader does. She always takes the time to explain exactly what is wrong and how she will be able to correct it. My teeth have never looked so good!!! Thank you Dr. Abdel-Kader and staff!!!!!!!! Barbara L.

My retainer broke about a month ago and was really beginning to become a nuisance. Icon Dental Clinic scheduled me in right away and Dr. Rula was able to fix it with ease. Dr. Rula and her staff were extremely friendly and professional. I was welcomed the moment I walked in by the receptionist, Kirstie; and I felt at ease during my entire appointment with Dr. Rula and Kim. Despite the fact that I commuted all the way from Stoney Creek, I would go back there again with no hesitation.
Icon Dental has all the latest tools for dentistry. Laser technology for having your fillings done- almost painless treatment. Dr. Kader is amazing. She truly cares about her patients needs and wants. The office has an all around family feel to it.
