I recently purchased yet another stellar pair of spectacles from Insight and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the frames, the lenses or the terrific service that I received. I always appreciate their attention to detail and the personalized care that I receive at Insight and their staff are second to none in my experience! I have never found an optician with a wider or more inspiring selection of frames in the Waterloo Region. Always a delight to go glasses shopping...even during the pandemic! They are rigorously adhering to the protocols making it a safe and enjoyable experience.

I decided to check out Insight after a friend had recommended them to me because of their great customer service. When I called the store to book a frame select I was asked the standard COVID-19 screening questions. This might not seem like that important of information to share however, it showed me that everybody working at Insight wanted to make sure that they are keeping not only their customers safe but their staff as-well. My frame select started on time which was a plus and their associate Celine was extremely helpful, friendly and really listened to what I said when I told her what I was looking for in a pair of glasses. She went above and behind to find me the perfect pair of glasses and I'm so glad that I came here. This was by far the best experience I had finding a new pair of glasses.
I've been a client at Insight for six years and have had exceptional care at each visit. I had a very difficult time previously finding contacts that were comfortable and my optometrist, Carolyn, was fantastic in helping me find the right fit. I have also purchased a few frames at Insight with Neil's (and other's!) excellent customer service and experience. My one pair I've worn for the last four years. and they are still going strong. Staff are friendly and competent at their job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist or eyewear.
I would love to thank Neil and all the team at insight for an amazing experience......again. Before insight, I never thought of my glasses as anything but a fix to my vision and I always wanted to hide my glasses. Now, thanks to Neil’s expertise, and all the compliments I get from my work team, I love to show off my new glasses. He knew exactly what would look good according to the shape of my face and my skin complexion. Thanks for all your patience, Neil. After several pairs....WOW.....I felt like I had a makeover. It’s not just glasses....it goes far beyond that. The styles are very modern and it’s so much fun to go outside the norm. I highly suggest trying them for your next pair. Insight eye care is more than just another place to get glasses. When you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere. The open concept of the building makes you feel like you're in someones home rather than a place of business. The process of picking out the glasses is a fun experience! The consultants really listen to your needs, style and budget. The quality of the glasses and lenses are THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! I had no idea how clear lenses could be until I purchased my first pair from here. When they needed repair the process was quick and easy! Glasses are your window for you eyes!
