I recently had a safety cover installed by Alex and his team and it looks amazing. They were all efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I will certainly be reaching out to them when I need further pool work done.

After using them for 3 yr year they keep on losing parts each year when the pool need to open So the two kids came take the cover off and left it on the lawn , didn't wash it and go away, didnt say nothing to my tenant for it is a rental property. They dont call me is my tenant call and tell me so I call left message no one return after about 5 days. I told them problem and they say if I want it to fix they come back and do it. I told them someone else do it for i didn't get a reply from you guys.Now they send me bill of 282 the lady answering the phone say i must pay or she send it to collection department. I call and asked for Alex he say i have to pay for that is poolopening to take cover off and go away. I told him the problem is you and your work nobody say nothing to me I have to call and left message and 5 days after return call if I want them to get the parts and come open the pool I told them I get someone to do it.
We found J & J Pool Service last year (2018), and we only wish that we had found them 10 years earlier!! They provide GREAT SERVICE and are very reliable. We entrusted the care of our pool to Alex and his team last year when we were away, and they did not disappoint us. They made sure that our pool was sparkling clean for family and friends using our pool...and our special \Senior\ neighbours. We are so looking forward to the upcoming pool season and enjoying our pool, leaving the care and upkeep to J & J Pool Service.
This company was cleaning my neighbour's pool and dumped a bunch of salt/sand on my grass. After asking them to remove it of my property they apologized and said they will take care of it. They have updated me that once the equipment has been fixed, the salt/sand will be cleaned up. All I ever expect is follow up and communication which was done here.
J and J Pools has been incredible! We have an older pool and some of the jets were leaking, they arranged to have it fixed really quickly. They always come when they say they are going to and the pool is always perfectly cleaned. Thanks !
Could not be more happy with the service we received. Despite weather set backs we got updates and the best service and advice ever from this great crew. Would recommend highly.
