One of the best gaming store and l community in KW. There is an event every night. Most nights there's Magic: the gathering (cardgame); on Sunday they hold a board game get-together. All is welcomed.
Love this place. Lots of space for gaming (some nights it's super busy and almost full) even just casually popping in to hang out. Great people and good selection.
From out of town, dropped in for the ixalan pre release for magic. Good price point and plenty of space to play. Tournament ran fine with no delays. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washroom was clean and spacey. Overall very good experience. Minor complainant was there was a lot of food garbage on the tables from the gamers. Staff needs to remind people to toss their empty pizza boxes in the trash or clean the tables between rounds.
Great store, have been purchasing singles and sealed products for draft. The price for singles are usually cheaper than those online (about 5-10 percent). They host weekly standard, commander, and draft. Also a good place to really get connected with the local magic community, there are quite a few good players there.
Awesome place! Super friendly staff and the regulars are super friendly and helpful. I play Yu-Gi-Oh! So I don't know how they are for other events but I love it here

Great store. Prices for MTG are great at TCG mid, especially compared to other stores in the area (and online ones, especially). The store owner is easy to talk to and quite knowledgeable about the products he sells and what he has in stock. The Asian employee (whose name he thinks I know but I infact don't) is also very eager to help and discuss the products. Highly recommended to be the go-to store in Waterloo.
