Came in Jan 2 2021 with my daughters flat tire. Lindsay was able to help me. I have a commercial account and deal with Kal Tire in Milton. Didn't tell them I had a commercial account and they gave me same great service. Nice to see Kal tire has great customer service no matter what city you may need service in.

Went in to get my winter tires put on- I have been here before and always have a great experience. Today shortly after I arrived, a customer (who was a total Karen) came in and I was very impressed with how well the staff were able to deal with her (speaking from experience- a Karen is not an easy customer to work with). They were able to smooth things over with her and if I could give Chris an extra star just for that interaction I would! Thanks Kal Tire! :)
Came in with a set of aftermarket rims to see if they'd fit my cobalt ss. They are 5x110... Before even trying to test fit it, he \measures\ them and says I bought the wrong size, that these are 5x120. I have a BMW at home that takes 5x120 and I can assure you I can't fit these 5x110's on them. Holes don't even match up. Took it to another shop and the 5x110 rims I bought fit my cobalt without issue. I'm not sure why they would say that, when I had these summer rims on last year. I was just looking to put them back on.
