Thought I would give the drive through another shot for lunch since getting food poisoning about a year and a half ago from the taco bell. Decided to get a 3 PC. Chicken dinner. As usual from past years the fries were cold and the chicken was so disgustingly greasy and Luke warm I wouldn't feed it to an animal. I did my survey and did not request a call back nor did I return the so called food. Not interested in any free food.Don't have time to waste. I will never return to this establishment even though many years back I was a weekly patron. Some serious training needs to be done. There seems to be absolutely no quality control in effect?

Really bad service, the staff was fighting about being bullied and needing safe space to work. The floor was full of food, the counter tops were full of discarded food. It is a disgusting mess and they didn't have items.
Worst drive thru experience ever... not only did it take 20 min of waiting to get my food.. to add insult to injury they screw up my order.. instead of a tender they gave what looked like a tender and it had bones inside. Forgot my fries and one drink also I order their new famous chicken sandwich and it was dry and over cooked. Terrible waste of 55 dollars

We visited the place on monday night we order to take out an when we got home we found out that we received what looks like the leftovers, so dissapointing, it is nit cheap and it has been the worst quality ever in years of eating at KFCs, I really believe that I should talk to a manager, we couldn't even eat the chicken, it was too bad
