My 3yo son has had great success with his speech therapy. Originally he was doing private speech therapy but the coverage doesn't stretch far so I signed him up for public. My experience was this; his private therapist didn't accommodate for his natural distractability which ended up amplifying his unwillingness to \play along\. At KidsAbility i can tell that theyre comfortable and patient when a kiddo gets off track. Their flexibility saved a lot of power struggles, in my our case. My son talks A LOT now and is far easier to understand,. Im super grateful for their help

My family has received amazing service for my daughter at this Waterloo location. Heather our speech pathologist has been excellent in being transparent with our goals and what all the lessons are intended to achieve. We have received a warm welcome from everyone we've been in contact with in this facility. I think this place is great for anyone needing their assistance. We appreciate them very much.
