super convenient for students because its so close to Laurier! I really like living here because the environment is very welcoming and the staff here are great!! Ive been living here for a year and management always helps out with any problems I have. They have been amazing during Covid by keeping the place super clean for the tenants and putting in restrictions to keep everyone safe! overall a great place!!

We just secured a 4 bed/4 bath lease for our boys heading to Laurier. So far, the service we have received has been outstanding. Josh was so helpful and took us through a guided tour of both buildings. He was awesome, kind, funny and very informative. Breanna and Lee have also provided us with outstanding customer service and answering every question we have promptly. Boys are very excited for the next stage of their journey!
Do not live here. Nothing was cleaned before move in, I had facial hair all over my bathroom counter. All shower heads have mold on them, walls are paper, thin you can hear everything in the building. Cracks in bathroom wall and around shower. Toilet did not work as well as sink did not drain. Oh and on top of all of this, COCKROACHES. major cockroach infestation problem. The company the building hires to exterminate the roaches no showed twice which allowed the infestation to increase. Would never recommend this to anyone.
Management is good at responding but simply does not care about tenants. Apartments were disgusting when first arrived, gym was good for a week until people that don't live here use the gym and stole equipment. Very disappointed. No regular maintenance.
don’t live here. you can hear everyone and everything, management is good at responding but not carrying through with their promises, and there was so many unannounced entries from management. not to mention upon moving in our entire unit was disgusting. hair, paint chips, gauges out of the doors and stuff everywhere. i shouldn’t have to pay 800 for a dirty, unsanitary living space, especially during a pandemic.
