Chris was very responsive and helpful. Tyler came on time and his job was amazing - effective, fast and clean - the kitchen was saved. Their bill is straightforward and very reasonable. We are so impressed and will definitely contact them whenever we have plumbing issues. We will strongly recommend them to our friends.

Chris was very responsive and professional. I was looking for a plumber and got his contact information from a friend who had plumbing work done at their house by him. I reached out to a few plumbing companies in the area and appreciated Chris' prompt follow ups and I found his pricing to be fair. I was unsure what needed to be done (the shower handle broke and either the cartridge needed replacing or valve needed to be replaced). I sent Chris some photos and he was able to provide a quote and explain what needed to be done and what my options were (replace valve from washroom or the other side - which was inside the master bedroom). He recommended replacing the valve from the bedroom side as it would be less disruptive. He also gave me the option of putting an access panel where the valve would be replaced which was more cost-effective than re-doing the drywall which I appreciated. Chris answered all my questions promptly and was able to fit me in within a few days. I was not on-site but Chris sent me an update when the work was completed along with photos of what was done.
We called Koert's Plumbing regarding a leak from our ice maker. We also had cartridges replaced in \3\ sinks. They were VERY prompt & THE BEST customer service ever! We were given an approx. time of their arrival and we were impressed to receive a call informing us the job they were presently working on was taking longer than expected. Even though we were home anyway it was nice be updated with the change. We would HIGHLY recommend their services!!
Chris was really responsive and was able to get my issue looked after very quickly! Steven showed up and was able to fix the leaky toilet due to a broken flange. He even made sure to put back the existing over-the-toilet cabinet, which was very thoughtful. He made sure to do triple checks to make sure the leak was resolved. Thank you again! - Chelsea
