Incredibly poor customer service, unresponsive to any requests. When I moved into the unit there were many damaged walls, missing doors and chairs which took over a month to fix and replace. No key fob was provided for access to the building and management fails to acknowledge any inquiries that are made. Do not rent with this company, the worst customer service I have experienced.

I have been a client of Latitude Properties for roughly 2 years. Owning multiple investment properties was eating up much of time and the responsibilities of maintaining them and finding tenants became overwhelming. I selected Latitude Properties as my property manager based on a referral from a family member. My experience with this business exceeded my expectations. Their customer service, knowledge of the industry, and diligence when placing tenants leaves me confident with my investments in their hands. Now being care-free, I am excited to take on my next property.
When i decided to sell my property in Waterloo I reached out to Chris to see if he could suggest anything that i should do in preparation for the sale. His come back was \don't worry about it I will handle it\. An initial inspection by him within days indicated what things had to be repaired and replaced then again within days i had painting contractors on site painting the whole house inside, a window company representative there to order, then replace, a cracked bay window, roofing contractor booked who quoted on the job and Kevin Reitzel with Jim Reitzel real estate listing the property. i have been in business for almost 30 years and have never experienced this type of immediate response from any contractors. All work was done within days aside from the roof which was completed inside of the month. The home was listed and sold within several weeks. Constant updates and contact between myself and Chris, Kevin Reitzel and all contractors was a comforting and reassuring experience. I found the team of contractors and support staff that Chris has put together exemplary in every way. The final invoices from all contractors and Latitude were all appropriately priced in fact more than fair when taking into consideration their immediate response time. Using Chris's firm to prepare my property for sale was certainly a wise and fortunate move. I would not hesitate to recommend his firm and have in fact done so whenever i have an opportunity.
We have worked with the folks at Latitude Properties for the last 3 years. We have always found them to be responsive & professional. In the odd circumstance where something has gone awry they have always been quick to communicate with us and do what they could to make it right.
They originally didn’t show up for our viewing time, and then when we finally were able to set up another viewing, someone else was chosen and no reason was given as to why. Very poor communication.
