So today me and my sister went there to grab some shawarma the food is not that bad but it's there cleanliness that is gross they don't wear 2 gloves only for 1 hand and when we came in the store both employees were sitting on there phones not professional at all and had there masks below there mouth and nose/not to mention were in a global pandemic so they should be wearing masks properly As well when they made me and my sister's food the guy making my poutine was on his phone as he was by the frying and he toughed his head to scratch his hair and proceeds to make my food so gross. Also the guy making my poutine put garlic on it and i told him i do not want sauce from the beginning and he removed the sauce but then my sister told him yea at the register we told you that it was no sauce but then he's like most people order extra sauce well that's messed up not everyone want's sauce then he is like do you want sauce on the side i said no. If i do not want sauce on my food does it look like i want it on the side. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN...

This was the only halal place open late at night so I tried ordering through Uber eats. Not only did they send the order late but looking at this ceaser salad killed my appetite. This is one sorry looking ceaser salad. Their garlic sauce is not the best either.
During covid the staff is not wearing nor properly wearing their masks while making or packaging up customers food.. just because customer isn't there doesn't mean you stop wearing a mask.. very unsanitary. Stand there and talk with coworkers without a mask on? Down to your chin? Or below the nose? Ugh. Frustrating Staff on Jan 19 around 6PM should be written up or let go. During a pandemic they should take customer safety seriously
I am no stranger to middle-eastern food! This place is actually really good. The food is fresh, tasty and has nice flavours. However, I like my garlic sauce a bit stronger than that. The garlic sauce here is too creamy for me but that's just me. I ordered Lazeez on the rocks and it was delicious. If you want a mix of Chicken and Beef they make you pay 3 dollars more even though your getting the same amount of meat which I found a bit annoying. Their lentil rice was really good, and their hot sauce is EXTREMELY hot! I got excited to see that they sell Snapple drinks which really helped with the crazy heat I wasn't expecting from my meal!!!
Food is so delicious, from wraps to platters everything is simply amazing here.. I usually go there at night time and it’s always a pleasure dealing with the staff members Aman & Gaurav, both of them are very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
