It has a bit of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found a new hobby of crafting and upholstery since Covid and Len’s Mill had everything I needed. You could spend hours in this store. Since Im not really a crafter I didn’t really know what I needed but once walking through there aisles and staff help I found everything I needed.I will always shop there for my crafting supplies and so much more clothes and food. I had no idea. Great finds.

Although I absolutely enjoy going to this store and looking through all the items, if you've been here then you know that Len's Mill has a lot of items. It's often difficult to navigate your way through the store because there's just so many items, you could say that can be part of the appeal into going to a store such as this. My negativity doesn't come because of the items but rather the staff, this isn't a reflection on all the staff but some of the lacklustre attitudes that they have is downright disappointing. You may find what fabric you are looking for but it may not be a pleasant experience you will have in order to get it.
This place is a bit of a mess, but it has all th good deals and things you didn't even know you needed! Their fabric selection has been much improved over the past few years. Helpful staff even if you are new to sewing. Definitely a place worth checking out!!
It is very crowded with shelves and hard to get around. Be careful in reading the ads as it is easy to think that it is something else that is on sale. In these times, it might be better to phone ahead if in doubt. Sales associates are very helpful when you can find one.
The staff at this store are incredible, they are so kind and helpful. You can even chat with them over facebook and get photos of their selection. Amazing array of fabrics. it can get a bit crowded at times so try to head there after lunch or in the morning. Thanks everyone at Lens Waterloo!!
