After the purchase, Rick took a lot of videos to help me set up the lens edger and other equipments. Their products have nice design and good quilty, simple to use as well. I found this website to be a cheaper option, as a student, to purchase my Optician Tool Kit than the one our school suggested. They were very responsive - with Rick Tao responding himself. They made us pay GST only as we're from Alberta. Shipped our kits straight to school and they were of quality.
