I have been a customer with both liberty one and two quiet sometime and have had few vehicle's from them. The owners are great and consider them friends but the past couple time I've had nothing but rude employees and and costumer service and I am normally a good payer and make may payments regularly and keeping coming back but now really reconsidering not doing anymore business with these folks. No offense to the owners.

If you want to be taken out of your car on the road, made to let a stranger ride with you back to the dealership because you won't get out, then stranded at the dealership an hour and 49 minutes from home with no ride back after they say they will take you home deal with them and their car lot Liberty Car Company when you are trying to work with them, have been communicating with them, and we're in the middle of this Covid 19 stuff with people losing their jobs. Want to have credit from someone like that go there. No notice of repossession, nothing. Liberty would have left us on the side of the road if we had gotten out. Now we are in Waterloo at their car lot in a bad neighborhood across from the Salvation Army and it's getting dark. Did anyone stay here with two women until they got a ride? No That's what you are dealing with
Where they didn't have a vehicle for us, the sales staff was helpful, and friendly. Will definitely try them again.
