I got a lash lift and tint, Dina and Sumiko were amazing. Very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My lashes look awesome, I am so in love with them! My whole experience was terrific and I will definitely go again.

I have been to many nail salons and have found this one to be one of the best if not the best . They are very friendly and helpful as well as up today with all the latest nail trends . I walk out with my nails looking like any picture I might find on line ..They even go on and above for cleanness amd take covid seriously to protect staff and their clients . I would recommend this place to anyone. Helen has done my nails perfect every time and the manager always seems to find me the perfect glitter to match any crazy ideas I come up with..Big shout out to the waterloo location
I been to this location couple of times now and I am so happy with my experience. The salon is stunning, spacious and very welcoming. With COVID they make everything easy and simple to follow allowing me to feel comfortable and safe. My nail tech is Hana (Hong) who is someone I continue to see when I go to get my nails done. She is great and her work is amazing. I get compliments all the time by men and women and I am proud to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a long term nail tech.
Love the atmosphere and the staff. Got acrylic extensions with shellac and everything is pretty good except there are a few that have lumps/are uneven. I also had to re shape a few tips as they did not shape them that well. The nails however have last a long time.
I was terrified to get my eyes brows done, I struggled with eyebrows for over 20 years and I was so scared to get them done since I've seen so many bad pictures, I did my extensive research and found Sumiko, I'm SO happy I did, I will post pictures so you can see yourself the amazing job she did, she's just not doing it she's teaching it too so you know you are in good hands, the first appointment was amazing, she made me feel so relaxed and talked to me the whole time, she made me feel so comfortable, the second one was also amazing, she did exactly what I wanted and I honestly couldn't be happier, I cannot thank her enough for this, to not worry about filling me eyebrows everyday it's a huge deal to me, shes also a great person and has a wonderful personality, I love talking to such a smart and talented person, her prices were the cheapest too so don't bother looking anywhere else, you will not regret it, thanks again from the bottom of my heart
I have been going to Luxe Nail Bar uptown Waterloo for almost a year now. I am so happy with their services. They are very clean and you feel very safe especially with covid right now. I exclusively see Hana for my services and her work is unbelievable. The quality is unmatched. I 100% recommend her. All the other techs are great as well.
I’ve been to the Kitchener location twice and the Waterloo location for the first time today and I can easily say it’s the best pedicure I’ve gotten around the city. The place is beautiful, clean, the Covid restrictions are all in place and I felt safe and relaxed. My nail tech was very thorough and did a great job from the nail/cuticle work to the massage and the polish. They have so many colours to choose from and you also get to choose a bath bomb for your pedi tub. I was asked how the service was at the front desk and even if I liked the colour! The prices are very reasonable for the services done and I will definitely be returning!
Went and got my nails done, the girl who did them did a gorgeous job. A little expensive but it was good. And then I had my very first pedicure and the same lady who did my nails, did my feet as well. But I don't think she knew what she was doing.. she massaged my leg and foot bones instead of the muscles.. she also went pretty hard on my feet and after showing my discomfort, she didn't really adjust to where it didn't hurt anymore.. I think you should have properly trained massagers for pedicures because my first pedicure wasn't relaxing at all. Other than that, loved the atmosphere.
