A great place to live for Waterloo residence. It seems a bit pricey, but since the meal plan is optional and cheaper, it's pretty worth. Great environment to study and also socialize in.

The best residence on campus!

The staff here is friendly and front desk could receive delivery for you. However,it's pretty far from the Engineering buildings and you might have a hard time walking there in winter time. It's far from the plaza(20min walk at least) so it's not convenient for you to eat out or buy grocery. I'd recommend you to rent here if you have a car.Otherwise, rent closer to the plaza. You can find student apartment with lower price and better location.Your roommates will all be UW students too.

Nice and close to lots of campus facilities as well as the V1 and Rev cafeteria if you're interested. The AC is a bonus, but you won't be using it unless you're there in the summer. Great for people who have roommates already. This is not the place for you if you're looking for a social residence experience. Doors stay closed most of the time. You may not meet as many people here as you will at REV.

I'd say this is the best or close to best residence on campus. Its spacious and cozy in the sense you make plenty of friends and have a great room with space. One part that you must consider is the price. This is one of the most expensive residences on campus. Staying here for first year is not a bad choice.
