Morgan, Kenzie and Claudia were gracious, friendly, courteous, and very good at cleaning our entire house for selling purposes. I'm very picky and like my husband always says, it's not clean unless it's Marlene clean! You all exceeded my expectations :) We were very impressed and appreciate how much you made our lives easier. Very impressed with the deep clean Nicole did on our bathrooms. Our bathroom had not been completely cleaned by the owner of our building before we moved in and Nicole did a fantastic job. Our bathroom was sparkling like II had never seen it before. Thanks so much! -Emily
I wanted my newly bought condo in downtown Kitchener to be cleaned. The previous owners had made a mess of the place. Ordered cleaning through MaidPro. A girl name Naomi was the cleaner. She was professional, arrived on time and started cleaning. I left the keys with her. Next day when I went to check, I could the condo was cleaned very well (see photos). All the grease, grime and scum were removed. I do not have any issues with the cleaning or the customer service of the company. I recommend the service to whoever looking for professional cleaning. The rates are competitive.

We finally decided to get some help with cleaning the condo. Our busy lives mean that this is one of those things that we just never seem to get completed all at once. Our first experience was today and they did a one time deep clean. There were a few little items that they could do better on. But this was the first time. Expectations are still being established. One of the team members was on her very first job, so we won't be too hard on them. Overall we're very pleased especially with this little touches. They were great at finding out our needs and in their onboarding process. Thanks Maidpro Waterloo, especially our Pros Noomi and Kyla! You were very cordial and accommodating. We look forward to a long term relationship!
The service I received from maidpro was superb! I have been extremely busy with work lately and my bathroom was in desperate need of a clean. Claudia was able to professionally clean my bathroom and make it look spotless. The service was efficient and easy to use, I highly recommend using this service if you require any cleaning needs.
