Martin's Tree Service took down two very large ash trees located in the playgrounds of our child care centre. They were great to work with and adjusted their schedule to meet the needs of the centre. The crew was friendly to our families and waved to the children who were watching from the windows inside the centre. It was an exciting day!

Highly recommend Martin’s tree service! Randy was attentive to the our needs and helped guide us through options over the years to save our trees. Unfortunately, the trees didn’t make it, and they had to be removed. Removing these two trees was tricky based on they were beside our pool and close to neighbours house and yard. We were SUPER impressed with the care they took making sure the branches didn’t land on the house, fences, perennial gardens, wooden deck, pool, and concrete patio. They were friendly and personable – and answered questions with confidence. We especially appreciated the care they took to ensure their equipment (specifically the trunk grinder) did not wreck our concrete patio or our lawn. The clean-up afterwards was spot on – making sure our place, the neighbours, the boulevard, and sidewalks were also clean and debris free. All this care and preparation added more time to their overall task – but putting the customer first was impressive and appreciative. At one point, one of the branches slipped and broke a deck board – they immediately told me and they would replace the broken board at no cost. I realize that for some customers – this is their expectations – and they were met. For us, they exceeded my expectations and delivered a quality service with a personal touch!!! You guys were awesome (too bad it was early in the morning – I had a beer ready for you all LOL).
Great service, fair price. In/out no fuss no muss! That's what you want when removing trees. Good crew and knowledgeable.
Steve was very friendly and professional. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. They removed an ash tree as well as pruning some trees for us. He also assisted with a Japanese beetle infestation. We were very happy with his work and will definitely use his company yearly to help maintain our property.
The tree crew at Martin's Tree Service is fantastic. They both removed an entire tree as well as pruned a large tree for us. Each time, they were prompt, efficient, polite and cleaned up the area very well. Even had me come out twice to make sure the pruning was to my satisfaction. Dealt with Randy for pricing and scheduling, and he was quick to respond to email and provide information. I highly recommend this company.
