I am new to cycling after having to give up running due to recurring injuries. Jordan B. and Pete C. took the time and had the patience to deal with all my questions, educate and guide me through all the options. More importantly with bikes and accessories (shoes, helmets, trainers) sold out and impossible to get due to the Covid situation they worked magic to source my bike and trainer and get me riding as quickly as possible. Thanks to the team at McPhail's for the effort, service and professionalism.
