Ordered two Southern fried chicken sandwiches one with white bread and the other with gluten free bread. The white bread sandwich was twice the weight of the gluten free sandwich and the gluten free sandwich came with only one small chicken strip even though it says on the skip the dishes app that it comes with two. When I called the restaurant they told me thats the way it is and there's nothing they can do. Will not be ordering from here again.

Really great experience today! It was my first time and it's a lot to take in! The employee behind the counter suggested the daily special which I took him up on. I will be back as everything was super fresh and customer service was perfect.

Always loved this location in the past and have encouraged many people to try it. Went twice this week and both times the orders have been made incorrectly. The first time the people behind us received their food first and came back in to confirm that they had their order and not ours and the girl working confirmed that the sandwich she was making at that very moment was mine and listed what it was perfectly, get home and it was incorrect. Not sure if they're training new staff, but I hope this isn't the start of a trend.

Just had a Guac and Roll grilled cheese sandwich! Excellent! Hot, crispy on sourdough bread! Great service, friendly staff! Can't wait to try out their food truck at Hillcrest Mall Richmond Hill! Extensive menu, you can literally try something new every time! If in Waterloo definitely a must try!!

A friend just ordered from this place off of an app. Got the West Coast Smash bowl. The "avocado smash" is green gloop, not a fresh avocado in sight. The "fresh greens" is yellowed shredded iceberg lettuce. There is a small crumble of feta, I had to search through the bowl to find a morsel of it. And the chicken seems slippery like the kind you would find in a pre made plastic bag. Doesn't even taste like the Smoked Peach Vinaigrette was put on it. Barely any quinoa, paid extra for mushrooms and they seem dehydrated and are very thin. I'm not sure what their other menu items are like but at least make the descriptions accurate to what we are paying for. I definitely would not recommend. Also it cost 15.00 and the container was only half full of ingredients. No bueno.

3:23 a.m. you are still a little (or a lot) drunk and leaving a party or walking somebody home. This place draws me in every time and grilled cheese takes away my hangover for the next day. Love you guys

Food is phenomenal at a great price. The management and staff are wonderful people. Always so kind and helpful! Portions are perfect, and you can't get food like this anywhere else. I always recommend this place to my friends. Great atmosphere too!!

My late night food cravings led me to go to Meltwich. I ordered a regular poutine and it turned out to be very good. Nice staff too.
