Was looking for a necklace for my birthday and was treated very poorly by the staff at this location. Ended up going somewhere else for one and was treated a lot better. Would not recommend going to this store if you want a good experience with customer service. Would give it a zero if I could.

if you care about your expensive ring i advise you to NOT get it resized here. i was given these rings in america and figured if i paid 100 for two rings to be resized, it was way cheaper than travelling all the way back to america to use the insurance on the rings. took over two weeks after the lady said she’d rush it with no extra fee. they called me, i picked it up and got home to see one of the diamonds in the smaller band MISSING! i haven’t even bothered going back because i’m sure they’ll claim that it was already missing even though these rings were brand new and never worn. that’s just the small band, the main ring is all chewed up on the inside and even though you cannot see it, i’m sure nobody would willingly put their gold ring at risk for cheap service. sure if you have a cheap ring you want resized go ahead, but if you’re looking for somewhere to resize anything with actual value go somewhere else, they won’t treat your jewelry with care.

This was a really great shopping experience they have a wide selection of beautiful jewelry at affordable prices. The sales associate that was helping me walk me through every step of the way and even had a backstory for all the piece of jewelry there is quite amazing. If you're ever in the store ask for the manager Mike it's always willing to help a customer out.
