EVERY TIME they mow at our building they blow large amounts of grass clippings and dirt into our first floor balcony/patio and into our windows (if we don't close them on time). Fills apartment with dust and exhaust. EVERY TIME I have to sweep balcony extensively, move & clean everything, and take items out of the corners. I tried to complain 3 years ago when we moved to this unit because I had cancer at the time and this was really bothering me, but the owner/manager became irritable, rude, and unhelpful when he realized I was \just a tenant\ not the property owner. Did NOTHING to help. Not sure why they come at 7 am to a residential building, or mow multiple times a week even when the grass is no where near long enough at times. If you care about how your tenants or others on your property will be treated, I would NOT hire this company. After dealing with this at 7am this morning, yet again, I decided to file a complaint again. Not expecting them to change, but we will see. Hard enough during the pandemic with pre existing conditions, don't need the landscaping company making life even harder. UPDATE They were back today 6/10 after having been here last on 6/5. Grass was short, wet and they blew it in our balcony again. Had to sweep thoroughly and clean furniture. This after complaining to their office just 5 days ago for the same issue. If you're \just a tenant\ they don't care. Hire this company if you don't care at ALL how people on your property are treated.

Personable and responsive customer service. Owners and staff very knowledgable about landscaping and horticulture.
I believe that Moser group hires the dregs that fail at the regular screening process. They have too many contracts to cover so ultimately they show up late. I have moved vehicles 5 times for the snow plow crews because I am fully aware of how difficult to plow around cars. In each instance my efforts were rewarded by the Moser crews back filling my parking spots with snow, leaving more snow/debris than when they started. Who does that? Typical day: pretend to plow 10 minutes....park beside each and chat for 15 minutes, pretend to plow for 10 minutes, back fill some spots, make a mess, leave a mountain of slop in the way.....more chatting and then bail. Scowl at anyone who asks them to clear snow. I plow snow and deal with cars and dumb people everyday so I get upset when make everyone look bad.
Many thanks to Scott and entire team for the work they did this week on our side walk, for the extra care and effort to make sure they won't damage our driveway. Great job!
