I will give a half Naturalizer has been a favourite in our house hold. Today (5thsept at 1300hrs)went to the store and unfortunate to encounter an extremely unprofessional (she claimed to have a 7 yrs experience in customer service in which I think she has learned nothing) She was rude and her actions were descriminatory and rascist. A worthless spent on a worthy item. Owner or the franchise to kindly look into it.else sure to lose customers. She gave her name "Joanne"". Bad experience all together. It was our second experience with the sales lady on a Saturday ( considering the covid crisis and human limitations ignored her action at that time).

Drove from Cambridge, got to store @ 5:45 and store was already closed. Supposed to be open until 6. I guess they don't need the sale and I guess I won't be coming back.

My mother went to this store today (Sept. 17, 2:30). A very mean lady persistently made rude remarks at my mother while she was trying products. Horrible service.
I like Naturalizer brand and buy their shoes all the time. This store however has a terrible customer service as mentioned in other reviews. The lady (I assume the manager) who works there is incredibly rude and unprofessional. After my last visit I don't want to come back there ever. Considering this is the only Naturalizer store in Waterloo I may be forced to abandon my loyalty to their brand.
One of my Favourite places at this great outlet Mall. If you order Naturalizer footwear online.. in Waterloo area.. you can return items to this store. Excellent, comfortable footwear.
Purchased two pairs of shoes the day before my vacation. Travelled in one pair and then walked all around London in both pairs. My feet were so comfortable - not a blister or sore spot on either foot. I really like them because they cater to my wide feet.
