Do not move into any NEW DEAL properties. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They have failed in every way to respond to our heating and hot water/water pressure issues since we moved, which was more than a year ago. They are unresponsive, incompetent and simply don't take tenant issues seriously. The first year we hardly had any heat, this was only fixed the second year after countless emails and calls. We've had hot water and water pressure issues since October 2020 still not resolved, and we have a baby on the way. Completely incompetent.

Dossier mis entre les mains d'une stagiaire incompétente et inexpérimentée. Incroyable de payer un service si chère pour que ce soit traité par quelqu'un qui n'y connait rien. Autant aller dans une agence low-cost, le service sera tout aussi misérable mais au moins le prix y sera adapté.
