Went on a recommendation. the restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived we were told to wait at the door by the "hostess" while she rang up customers. Which was fine, until after she was finished ringing them through just looked at us and pointed to the dining room and told us to pick a seat. Which was fine, but she could have just done that while ringing through customers. That's all fine too, so we found some seats and within 5 or so minutes a server came, delivered our menus and took our drink orders. Great! sushitime! We then proceeded to wait, and wait and wait. I watched as the server went directly from taking our drink orders to behind the sushi bar and struck up a conversation with the hostess that did not stop for our entire visit... our nearly 1 hour visit... I attempted to make eye contact with another server I held my hand up for a short time but after 40 minutes elapsed with no drinks delivered and with us still waiting to place our order we eventually decided to cut our losses and left. upon leaving I went to say something to the happy couple behind the bar about professionalism but as I approached they did not stop talking and after waiting at the counter for a few minutes with them loudly conversing not 2 feet from me I simply walked out. TL;DR horrible service.

This place has decent service. Sushi was mediocre at best. Prefer ye's over this place which isn't saying much. Sushi tasted warm and not fresh. Wife likes the tofu. The best is seeing the sushi chefs play with their cellphones and wiping their noses in between sushi orders.
In my experience with various sushi restaurants, the food was ok but still acceptable. My main issue is the lack of items on the lunch menu, so consider coming only for dinner. The decor on the other hand is excellent compared to other sushi restaurants in the area, and the service is friendly and accurate with my orders. However: Make sure to pay in cash, as they charge extra if you use credit or debit. The student 10% discount also only applies to cash payments.
This place is not a well run business. I will not be returning here, although the food was good, service is a huge turn off. They hardly check on you to fill your drinks, they hardly speak any english, and the best part? They charge you 5.00 if you don't finish your food. I'm a student, and a picky eater. They had covered my sushi in sauce, so much so that I could barely taste the sushi, so I didn't eat it all. As my friend and I were checking out, the waitress had came over with the plate of unfinished sushi and was shaking her head and making disapproving noises (I'm not sure how else to describe it). They asked me if I wanted to take it home, and I didn't want to be rude so I said I would. They then added a 5.00 charge for my meal. Thus, I will not be returning. They need to work on their service before I even consider it.
Absolutely horrible service. The food was also awful. First round of sushi we had actually had rotten, smelly fish. When we asked to return it, they tried to tell us it was fresh until I told her to smell it. She finally took it back and iasked if we wanted something else. The first round of tempura took 45 minutes to come out. We didn't even get a discount for our meal, even after they served us fish that wasn't good and then tried to tell us it was fresh. I will never come here again.
The food was okay, decor was just a bunch of tables, the service was deplorable and the cost was about the same as most other all you can eat sushi places. Did I mention the service was terrible? I blame the wait staff. I think they forgot about our table. Almost all of our non sushi orders were cold and terribly late. One of the few places where I did not leave a tip. I will not be going back.
Delicious sushi, with an excellent price for all you can eat. The service was always very fast, and a typically large selection of menu items.
Delicious. Very friendly, great value. Just hope you don't have to ask anyone any questions, the staff is extremely friendly but not well versed in English.
