THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN WATERLOO!!!! Their signature spicy pizza is great for spice lovers and meat lovers alike! On top of the good eats, the service is amazing! My friend and I unknowingly popped in just a couple minutes prior to closing, and the owner didn't even mention it. We ordered 3 pies and none of them tasted rushed, or were under or overcooked. In fact, though I mentioned their signature pizza being the best, all 3 of the pizzas we ordered were phenomenal! The effort of staying late was definitely appreciated, and the care put into the pizza did not go unnoticed - we will definitely be back!

The first visit today will be one of many future visits. This pizza was amazing. The crust was so flavourful and the sauce has a hint of sweetness and makes you want to eat more. The topping were fresh and so flavourful the basil on the Margarita tasted like it was right out of the garden. My Canadian had beautiful plump mushroom pieces and yummy pepperoni and bacon. Highly recommended you try Pablo's you won't be sorry.

Fantastic Pizza! I ordered the Hot and Spicy pizza and it did not disappoint. Toppings were breathtaking and just enough spiciness and a little sweet. Highly recommend to my friends and family!

Just had Pablos for the first time. Wow, authentic neopolitan pizza! Sweet sauce, fresh mozzarella and yummy pepperoni! Reminds me of the pizza at Via Napoli at Epcot if you’ve been there This shouldn’t be compared with a dominos or a pizza pizza. This is enjoyed in small portions with fresh ingredients. It’s a different type of pizza from the American style one. I will definitely be back!

We ordered pizza tonight and were really excited to think we found a new local pizza place to support. We don't order from chain pizza places and like to support local independent places. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The crust was severely under cooked. The tomato sauce and ingredients were great, but these need to be supported with a great, or just good crust. Our preference is traditional crust made with double zero flour. We weren't expecting whole wheat crust, but wouldn't have minded if it was cooked. The sauce on the pizza was absent in some places leaving only the dough. Because the pizza was cut while in the box causing it to leak through to the cardboard, which further made the crust soggy. On this note, the cardboard can't be recycled if it is contaminated with food. The one star is for the toppings, but as I said the crust needs to be the star of the pizza.

I've been meaning to try Pablo's Pizza for quite a while and I'm very glad I finally did! The dough has a distinct Italian flavor and quality to it. I really enjoyed the sweet tomato sauce complimented by delicious pepperoni and balanced with premium mozzarella. The caesar salad was exceptional too. I loved the in house croutons, smokey bacon and freshness. I'll definitely be back soon!

We've ordered from Pablo's multiple times and I have to echo the comments on the crust lately. I find sometimes it's a hit and other times a miss. I love the unique taste of the whole wheat crust as it's something that is not often offered. However, the last time the crust was either gummy in places or burnt/inedible in others. That being said, the sauce and toppings are amazing and love the fact the crust is thin so it doesn't overwhelm the toppings. I find with a traditional white crust the texture is often crispier and not as chewy. I'm giving 4 stars because I love the pizza but would also love to see an option to choose between a whole wheat or white crust in the future:)
